Our Administrative Team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation including the guidelines/requirements set forth by AZ health officials, American Camping Association and our the Arizona Conference leadership. Because of our refund policy in addition our state’s limiting of travel and group meetings we are choosing to delay the opening of summer camp registration. We are continuing to monitor this developing virus situation and we do not anticipate cancellation of our summer camps at this time. We will continue to share information and updates as decisions are made, and invite you join us in prayer as we continue to move forward in this time of uncertainty. If you have any more questions about registration please feel free to contact the Camp Director, Pastor Wendy Eberhardt at weberhardt@azconference.org or the Associate Director, Kerysa Ford at kford@azconference.org.
