TO OUR CAMP YAVAPINES SUMMER CAMP FAMILIES: The health and well-being of our campers and staff is of the utmost importance to us. Our Administrative Team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation including the guidelines/requirements set forth by AZ health officials, American Camping Association and our the Arizona Conference leadership. Because of our refund policy in addition our state’s limiting of travel and group meetings we are choosing to delay the opening of summer camp registration. We are continuing to monitor this developing virus situation and we do not anticipate cancellation of our summer camps at this time. We will continue to share information and updates as decisions are made, and invite you join us in prayer as we continue to move forward in this time of uncertainty. ENGLISH & SPANISH CAMP MEETINGS 2020: The Arizona Conference Executive Committee voted to postpone Arizona camp meetings until 2021. We encourage you to keep your lodging registration to be automatically applied to the 2021 event, with no additional charge. However, should you prefer to request a refund of your registration fee, please send an email to Sandraleski@azconference.org.
